Genealogy is a worldwide and hugely popular hobby.
It is not always easy, and you may encounter many
dead ends along the way. Most of us are grandparents now, so
let's not forget to share out family history with our grandchildren
as did our grandparents. Start with information about yourself
and work backwards, one generation at a time. Gather pictures
of older relatives and family members to show to them. If we don't
share our family history, it may be lost. You may never get around
to writing that book, but your tales of growing up and your family
history will live in their memories to be past on to their children.
